Chocolate Banana Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients (1 serving):

1/2 cup of rolled or quick oats

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

water

1 banana (preferably organic, but lets take baby steps)

1/2 cup of blueberries (preferable organic, see above)

1 tbsp of plain greek yogurt

dash of cinnamon

Directions:

1. Mix oatmeal & almond milk in a bowl. Top with water to completely cover oatmeal.

2. Microwave for 2 minutes then let cool down for 3 minutes.

3. Stir in protein powder and stevia.

4. Top with banana and blueberries.

5. Top it off with greek yogurt and a dash of cinnamon.
