Workout Challenge: Can Brad Beat A Female Figure Pro?

Damn right you are!
I had the pleasure of travelling to beautiful Santa Monica Beach, California to film this 30 For 30 Workout Challenge video with the talented Female Figure Pro, Jessica Rumbaugh.
As I mentioned in the workout video above, Jessica is an up and coming fitness superstar that has an unmatched passion for helping people live a healthy life…and she’s kinda cute 😉

So How Does The 30 For 30 Workout Challenge Work?
This isn’t just any regular workout challenge. It’s a partner workout challenge.
It can be a male vs. female workout challenge or just challenge a friend.
In my case, it was Live Lean TV host, Brad Gouthro (yep, that’s me) vs. California/NYC Fitness Pro Jessica Rumbaugh.
I admit, I was a little scared as she’s a lean machine.
Here’s how it works…
There are 4 exercises. Each exercise is done for 30 sec by ONE PERSON ONLY.
Be sure to count your reps as you’re trying to get as many reps (with good form) as possible within the 30 secs. Once your 30 secs is up, step aside, and allow your partner to do the same exercise for 30 secs. Their goal is to exceed your number of reps.
Repeat this for all 4 exercises.
30 For 30 Workout Challenge Exercises
Exercise #1: Atomic Burpee (watch video for how to do it) x 30 sec
Exercise #2: Squat Jumps x 30 sec
Exercise #3: Pushups x 30 sec
Exercise #4: Mountain Climbers x 30 sec
It only takes 4 minutes to complete 1 round (2 mins of actual work + 2 mins of rest). You can complete as many rounds as you have time for.
